It really isn't easy managing work and study.. furthermore its my second time taking the exam alrdy.. i can't afford to fail again. Its only one module and i am feeling so exhausted. i really admire those who take 3 or 4 modules and is working at the same time.

When i reach home after work, i feel so tired to do anything else, much less study..

this is not going anywhere.. i gotta buck up and study!! Exam's coming!

i haven been spending much time with dear. both of us are really busy. i so wish we can have more time together but time never seems to be enough.. i hope im on ur mind every single day. hahaha

Today is a rainy day

I am blogging in the office. Nothing to do today.. so i tried to use the time to find a website for my project. the lecturer want infant clothing or children accessories. Why not on koko? den i sure got many things to write for report.. hahaha. I cannot stand the lecturer.. forever talking about stocks.. every lesson give us many tips.. for what? LOL. our module doesn't even have anything to do with stocks. sigh

today is exactly one month since i started working here.. will be getting my pay tmr! hehehe.. got a couple of things to buy.

I can't wait to get my Majolica Majorca mascara! :) Tiff, shall let u know if its good after i use it k.

E-commerce lesson

Wed was the first day of my e-commerce lesson.

Supposed to start last week but the lecturer was sick. A very big class, around 50 students. gosh.

As i sat there, all i can think of was my ex classmates.. exactly the same classroom that we used last time.. i miss them alot.. especially my clique. :( No motivation to go for lessons at all.

the only motivation i think is only the lecturer.. he's very shuai.. hahaha.. i think tiffany and lisi will think that im saying the opposite. :P

Alright, i gotta do some serious revision now. else weekdays i won't have the time. hee

Good news to share with all of u.

I have passed my driving test!! hahah. so happpy.. its like finally. :P

Boss was very happy for me, even happier than me. LOL. i dunno why.

Anyway, i have started work for about 2 weeks.. sort of get used to the environment over there alrdy. Colleagues good, boss good.. what more can i ask for.. hahaha.

my colleagues only 3 girls, the rest all guys. -.-

The only thing that irks me is the make coffee and tea part. i hate it. lol

but, it is so near to my house. So more good than bad, i shouldn't complain liao. :P

How to build a good foundation in a relationship

1) Communication.

Tons of it. Share your happiness, sadness, joy, everything.

Do not be afraid of quarrels - they actually can improve a relationship because you can know your differences from there and be determined to work it out from there.

2) Embrace his/'her flaws.

Most people accept the relationship because s/he can see the potential that s/he can make you happy & have wonderful strengths that you admire.

However, no one is perfect and s/he has flaws too.

There is no way that you can change a person because you claim that you love him, so he should do this and that.

Your SO is an unique individual and that's how special he is (or according to the MCYS commerical, "Beautifully Imperfect").

Instead of focusing on what s/he can't do for you, focus on the wonderful strengths that s/he has.

If s/he doesn't do what you think that s/he should do as a lover, bear in mind that it doesn't mean your SO is not showing his/her love the way you want to = s/he doesn't love you.

In fact, your SO do. A whole lot. :)

3) Be yourself.

It seems that it's a trend in relationship - the pursuing + honeymoon stage, the guy will do anything for the girl just to make her happy.

Presents, gifts, very patient to listen to her and give her attention.

The girl will appear like a 'little woman', happy by his side & don't appear to have any other emotions other than happiness & bliss.

Then after a few months, the guy realises that it's so tiring to maintain this, he makes lesser effort & feels upset when he perceive it's his fault when his girl complain.

The girl realises that her SO seems to be less patient in listening to her and don't do sweet things anymore.

Don't be someone that you are not during early stages of relationship.

Be yourself genuinely and show your love.

Someone who loves you for who you are, flaws & all, will appreciate your genuinity, not all the "gimmicks" that you have shown during courtship.

4) Trust.

Don't kick a fuss if your SO is not wearing the couple-ish things that you asked him/her to wear.

Trust him/her, that since both of you are committed in this relationship, s/he will do the right things and protect themselves against other possible suitors.

Ladies must take note that men do appreciate trust alot, because they like to lead & be the one who have the resources to solve things.

Hence, nagging all the time at your SO doesn't really work because he may perceive it that he is unable to do things right.

This is more applicable to long term relationships

1) Keep the passion alive.

There will definitely be a plateau after some months of honeymoon.

1st few months is when each other do tons of things to make each other feel loved and happy, then gradually after 1-2 years some people may take it for granted and be less patient & less willing to work out the relationship.

Love is a life long commitment, and it always take 2 hands to clap.

Take time out, to tell your SO how much you appreciate him/her, give her/him surprises every now and then.

2) Don't keep record of wrongs.

Forgive & forget.

No one is perfect, so why be so picky on the one that you love the most?

Record of wrongs are terribly toxic in a relationship.

3) Remember to love yourself.

People in long term relationship often don't realise that they have come to depend on their SO so much that they forgot how to love themselves.

Take time off, spend some me-time on reading/writing/reflecting and pamper yourself.

Afterall in the end, you are capable of making yourself happy too!

dear came over to my place early in the morning.

He gave me this cute little mouse. Got our anniversary date somemore. hehe. so cute!

Actually he wanted to give me this on our anniversary but because of some things that happened, he decided to give it to me first.

Headed to hougang central.. wanted to get guitar hero for dear but no more stock le. Den we went to amk hub.. there's a special edition guitar hero aerosmith. I got it for him. he seems so happy. :)

Next, we went for a movie and he decided to get me a necklace.

last friday during our presentation, one of the guy in another group brought a snake to school!! omg. his group was doing about snakes..

Exams finally ended! hahaha.

am so happy lah. although the last paper was not so easy.

section B was easier than section A.. this is so wierd.. :P but nvm, section B contain more marks.

People, please ask me out on weekdays! im so free nw. hehe.

today many of them ask me when is sch re-opening.. er.. like im expected to know? haha. coz our admin head is also esther. so they insist i should know. LOL. i hv no choice but to check it out. Starting sch on may 5. like so fast this time round.. probably becoz going to graduate soon.

Last friday met da huai dan at amk.. it was a last minute thing coz he end early n i was surprised when he ask me out.. haha. to be able to see him after so long.. feeling is so great. :) we havent seen each other for like close to 2 weeks? n last 2 weeks was terrible. i dun even wan to mention it. :(

we went amk hub for dinner at fish & co. the seafood platter was yummilicious.. the one at new york new york was so horrible. dun ever eat seafood platter from there. :P

Caught three kingdoms afterwards. it was nice. :)

today is another long day for me.

lesson in the morning.. followed by Final theory test n driving lesson.

left my hse at 8am, only reached hm at ard 7pm. am so tired.

last lesson with mr dylan. am gonna miss him alot. sigh.

was actually very tired while waiting for my driving lesson le, but when i saw its the malay instructor who taught me for my first lesson, im not tired le. lol. he brighten up my day. :)

School has reopened for a week le.. there is only something to be happy about and that is, one of our last term's lecturer will be teaching us again..

and it so happens to be my favourite lecturer, Dylan Chan Ah Hai.. haha..

he's one who can really make a boring lesson interesting.. always making us laugh.. :)

heard that he's teaching us again next term for one of the modules. hehe.

The other 2 lecturers isnt worth mentioning.. sigh. one of them is like talking to himself, the other one keep repeating stuff that is already mentioned so many times.

i guess i have to work really hard.

My aim is all Bs for this term. i hope i can do it. :)

been going out everyday during my holidays.. mostly is meeting dear coz he's on leave during that period of time. :) went to ikea consecutively for 2 sundays with dear and his parents.. they are getting new furniture and stuffs.

dear and i made fun of the things there.. and i couldnt stop laughing when i think of it again.. haha. he bought this sotong look-a-like blanket. so so funny...

i love the meatballs there. :)

i saw a kid playing with a big lao shu and hinted to him saying its so cute and he bought it for me. hehe..

A day at my place

Was chatting with dear on msn this morning and suddenly he asked me who's at home now.. and asked me how many people. I sensed something wierd coz normally he wont ask me this. Then he told me that he's going out for awhile and will call me at 2pm. He said he's going to CWP to audit his earpiece. I din believe him and kept asking him but he said i think too much le. lol.

At ard 1.45pm, i received a call from dear telling me that he's downstairs le.. he came up and passed me munchy donuts! hehe. i was really surprised. I then invited him in and intro my papa to him.. they had a superrr long chat.. haha.. im really impressed.. so many things to chat. :P

At around evening, my mama came back le.. then dear showed me how he play lumines. Koko kept on attacking dear.. lol.

Dear stayed for dinner and accompanied me.. we watched charlie's angels together.. Koko kept coming to disturb us.. i think he's jealous.. hahaha.

Went sembawang park with dear today. we had breakfast at mac den took a bus to the park.

dear kept laughing at me when he saw my face.. so bad.. but i still like him many many much. hehe. His face recovered le.. not fair de... :P

We were sitting down together, then, i realised something.. both of us are dressed in the same colour.. except that his colour is the opposite of mine.. we just happen to wear the same colour.. never play cheat.. haha.

i woke up before the alarm rang.. haha.. can you believe it? maybe too excited to meet dear le. :P I met him at yck mrt and we took 76 there. it was raining in the morning.. luckily it stopped when we reached the beach.

Today is a special day.. its the day dear and me know each other.. exactly one year le. :)

One year ago, it was a sad period for the both of us but one year later, we are happily together le. During this one year.. he was always by my side.. encouraging me, giving me support etc. and have never gave up on me. Dear, i just wanna say thanks for everything. :D

Met up with dear at toa payoh.. and i was late again.. hehe. :P We went to serena's mama stall for mee chiam kueys.. serena's mama was so damn funny.. ask dear so many questions.. ser and i was laughing like mad.. LOL. Ser's mama was very nice.. she treated us drinks n mee chiam kueys.. hehe. Deardear also like to eat peanut de. After that.. we took a cab to AMK hub to catch a movie that dear wanted to watch, Unrest. They show real dead bodies.. haha.. exactly the kind of movie that i was interested in. omg.. i sound like a pervert. thats what tiffany and lisi will say. :P Dear fed me with nachos.. hehe. The movie was real disgusting but not enough scary.

Dear pass me his PSP and bought a pink pouch for me. dun worry dear.. the PSP wont replace u as well as affect my studies de.. hehe.

Today was a wonderful day. :)

was out with dear. headed to amk hub for a movie. Resident evil! was expecting it to be really nice coz tiffany told mi that it is very violent.. probably violent enough for me. lol. was quite violent indeed.. but the story wasnt that interesting. Met up with wang ge at amk hub yesterday. When i reached, wang ge was waiting for mi at the ocbc bank. I was thinking how come there were so many ppl crowding ard, i then realised they were filming the "Let's shoot". haha. Revathi couldnt make it.. was so glad that he still remembered my bday. He treated mi new york new york. hee.. thanx bestest.

We often talked abt going back to secondary school, but nv once made it there. lol. we are just way too busy and our timetable clashes. Its been a long long time since all of us last meet up. well, most of them are in ns nw.. how to find time. sigh. i miss them. :( But its already sweet enough to know that they still remember my bday. :D

suddenly miss sec sch days so much... the days where we made the teachers cry.. and many many more stuffs...

Caught I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry with him after that. So damn funny! "When you lie, its like a circle". I think those who hv watched it will understand. hahahah.

This is a true story which happened in the States. A man came out of his house to admire his new truck. To his puzzlement, his three-year-old son was happily hammering dents into the shiny paint of the truck. The man ran to his son, knocked him away, hammered the little boy's hands into pulp as punishment. When the father calmed down, he rushed his son to the hospital.

Although the doctor tried desperately to save the crushed bones, he finally has to amputate the fingers from both the boy's hands. When the boy woke up from the surgery and saw his bandaged stubs, he innocently asked, "but when are my fingers going to grow back?" The father went home and committed suicide.

Think first before u lose your patience with someone u love. Trucks can be repaired.. Broken bones and hurt feelings often cant. Too often we fail to recognize the difference between the person and the performance. We forget that forgiveness is greater than revenge. People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes. But the actions we take while in a rage will haunt us forever.

im starting to wonder if my accounting lecturer actually knows what he wants us to do and what is he teaching. Take today for example, today's test, he wants us to do journal, the question stated there journal.. n when we started doing, he told us his meaning of journal is T account. actually they are the same thing, just that the format is different. ok. so all of us cancelled what we have done, and when we started to do T account, he told us he wants the T account as well. WTH. telling us that only after we have already cancelled it. *faints*. and the time was soso not enough, we were given only a pathetic hour to complete the journal, T account, trial balance and fill in the blanks.
My trial balance doesnt balance!! nt again. i need another $300 to balance. The whole class only 2 person balance. hahaa.

Well, im so impressed that the whole class actually turns up today.. full attendance.. and the reason is bcoz this test is included in the final exam. otherwise u will only see less than half the class present. :P
Went tpy with ser after school. she wanted to get her ear piece. and we had KFC again. LOL. wed just ate that. The spicy bbq drumlet is nice!! so in love with it. haha.

on Mon, was supposed to catch apartment 1303 with lisi, serena and tiffany. The 3 of them changed their mind and wanna watch ratatouille. arghhhhhh.. bully mi only. i was waiting to watch that show even before it started showing in the cinemas. sigh. :(( the show is soso only.. quite funny. i still think my apartment 1303 is nicer. :D After that, went to have laksa at food republic. the laksa is damn ex. 6.90 per bowl. n it taste only normal. i was expecting it to be really nice coz my fren told mi before that there is this very nice laksa at vivocity. sigh.. well, maybe she wasnt referring to this. I haven had laksa ever since i left ite.. i used to eat it in sch everday. :P

Lets talk abt my other lecturer. His name is DYLAN CHAN AH HAI. His ah hai sounds chinese but he actually looks like a mixed. But he claims that he is a pure chinese. interesting. :P Marketing lessons with him are always interesting.. he nv fails to crack jokes. im glad that this semester's lecturers are better than last sem's.

After lesson went raffles place, yoshinoya for lunch with Catherine, Tiffany and Serena. Lisi didnt come to school today. The new kimchi beef bowl is nice. :) After that, Catherine and Tiffany gotta leave for work le.. so Serena and mi walked ard raffles Xchange.. nth much to shop there.. she ask mi to pei her till 3.. she's going to her workplace only at 3. Since its still early, we decided to head to bugis. At this basement level, we saw this small heartshaped light that you can put up on the wall of your room. You can even customise your photo onto it.. looks very sweet for couples. :)
Everything else seems the same as I've just been here the previous week and i've already gotten wat i wanted to get.. Spent quite alot too. :PP Then went to get my favourite jellybean :D n went to kinokuniya.. no interesting books.. sigh.. i still prefer borders. :)
Very soon, its 3pm le.. time for her to go to her workplace and i went hm.

holidays are juz a waste of time. cant possibly go out everyday as going out means spending money.. sigh.. kinda miss school.. lols.. i cant believe i said that! during sch days i cant wait for holidays and nw i keep thinking of school.. sounds contradicting huh.. hurhur. and and i dun even noe when our holidays is until. :PP no one has been informed yet. I guess results should be out soon. i hope i din do too badly..

Anyway, went to enrol for theory n practical course today. that uncle who helped mi with my enrollment was damn hilarious! haha.

my basic theory test is one month from nw.. hope i will be able to pass at my first attempt. WISH ME LUCK!! hee. All the best to sharnise too. :D

After so long, im finally back to update my blog le.. rusty rusty blog. haha. edmund was juz telling me the other day that i haven been updating my blog for more than 1 yr le. lol. Time pass really fast. Im juz lazy to blog. and nt much happy things to blog.. i dun wanna keep updating those sad things.

anyway, school has started for two months. kinda get used to the environment already. i've made new frenz n my class ppl are all very easy to get along with n thats very important.. coz i gotta spend 1 yr plus with them n if im gonna hate them or watsoever, it will make my life very miserable. So i look forward to go to school everyday. :-) Some of the lecturers are good n of coz there are some which we hate.. even to the extend of skipping their lessons. lol. There's one particular lect that i hate.

Here's an example, she starts her lesson at 9am sharp. she talkes and talkes. in between, she says "i give you an example, and she can write out the whole question and draw the graph out without having to refer to anything. Then until about 10.30, she gives us a break. after the break, she carry on talking until 12pm den she lets us off. Imagine.. the whole lesson is so boring.. i only feel like sleeping.. cant she juz tell us some jokes or talk about something else sometimes? T_T

many things happened in this 1 yr.. but im glad that i have my friends around me to cheer me up.. at least it reminds me that im not alone.

Actually more downs than ups in this period of time.. but everytime when something sad happens, there's always someone who will appear in front of me to comfort and cheer me up. special thanks to EDMUND. :D:D He's always there for me.. and never gave up on me.

i should feel contented.

From now on, i shall stay happy. Im not going to care about those people who dont appreciate me. im only making my own life miserable if i continue to be like that.. and let those who care abt me to worry for me.

2day was our group's event.. overall can say that it went quite smoothly ba.. there is cooperation in us FINALLY.
Juz that too many people turned up.. and it was a bit crowded and messy at e registration area. We invited many classes yesterday and their lecturers said they cannot confirm whether they will be able to bring their classes down for our talk. Only 1 class was confirmed. We were quite worried initially but instead today it was overcrowded. 3 and a half classes came. The whole lecture theatre was full. We had difficulties maintaining the noise level.
I was in charge of controlling the sound system.. mic and stuffs.. which I juz learnt it last minute.. haha.. was really nervous man.. coz if I were to make any single mistake.. everything would go wrong.. and marks would be deducted
Luckily.. I din make any mistakes huh..
There is this lame gal in my group.. halfway through the event.. asked me to look for the admin head to come attend our talk.. please lah.. how can I leave the place.. who is going to control the sound.. aiya.. really dunno wat to say about her lah.. had enough of her.. cant stand her liao.. make mi so frustrated.. she is not doing anything so she can go look for her wat.. haiz.. enough of talking about her
Now we are juz left with the debrief report and I wan nothing to do with her anymore.. sick and tired of her liao.. not only me.. everyone in the group too
This event consists 60% of this module.. if we fail this.. i dun tink there's a need for us to take exams already.. coz exam is 40%
I hope we can pass this..
actually this project should be given to us during our second year but now it is pushed to the first year.. sianz
there are still projects coming in our way
Im really veh tired...
